BetaFlex Pro Flexo Plate - Roll Mount Cylinder Adaptor

The BetaFlex Pro ROLL MOUNT - View and document plate wear and damage while the plate is still on press and mounted.

The Betaflex Pro sensor (measuring head) attaches to the Roll Mount, and is placed, mounted onto the plate cylinder for 3D mode (reflection mode) measurements.

Web print samples can also be imaged on a stationary web over a turning bar or flat area.

Please note that the ROLL MOUNT is used for spot inspection after the plate has been mounted and has been in production, it cannot be used to verify dot percentage, line ruling, or other parameters that normally require plate measurement in transmission mode for plates produced in-the-round. For this we suggest the BetaFlex Pro - Sleeve Measuring System.
