NOALC Fountain Solution

NO ALK FOUNTAIN SOLUTION is a specially designed fountain solution to be a “single step” alcohol-free solution that requires no alcohol or additive to lower the conductivity on the press.
NO ALK FOUNTAIN SOLUTION is equally adaptable to sheetfed or web presses. The high molecular weight solvent system of this product is effective with all types of ink from petroleum base to soy-based ink. The acid pH formula of this solution is ideally suited to emulsify the most difficult red to the most common black ink.
NO ALK FOUNTAIN SOLUTION is especially buffered to compensate for high levels of alkalinity in fountains due to hard water and alkaline papers.

SUGGESTED MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
Web presses: 2 to 4 ounces per gallon of water
Sheet fed presses: 4 to 5 ounces per gallon of water
Recommended conductivity: 1200 to 2000 mhos
Operating pH: 3.5 to 5.5
