Cutting perfect circles has never been easier than when using the OLFA CMP-3 Rotary Circle Cutter. Easy on the wrist, this rotary cutter has a patented ratchet-dial handle to prevent uncomfortable twisting or strain on the wrist.

This OLFA rotary circle cutter is also easy to use. Simply adjust the pivot-point to the desired size, between 1-1/2-inch to 8-3/4-inch, insert the pivot point into the material / mat, hold the thick base of the ratchet handle, and rotate the blade clockwise with firm pressure. The ratchet-action of the handle allows you to cut effortlessly using a “stirring the soup” motion with your hand. This is one of the best rotary cutters for artists. When used as a quilting tool or for fabric cutting, the ease of use of the device prevents uncomfortable wrist strain.
