The 2008 USB is a very little optical microscope that in less of a minute can become an excellent video microscope.
The system includes, besides the yet famous 2008-25 Peak pocket microscope (performs measurements with divisions of 0.05mm / 0.002"), a particular USB miniature camera from 5 Megapixel, a led illuminating system with luminous high intensity and from Video View Light software.
With our Video View Light software it is possible to acquire, compare, save images, record films and perform linear measurements with the help of two couples of axes with desired divisions number and colours (up to 0.01mm / 0.0005").
Its characteristics of handiness, practicalness, compactness, adaptation swiftness (optic-video), connection facility to own laptop and a price-quality good ratio, make the 2008 USB the ideal instrument for many technicians that work in different sectors (textile, graphic, electronic, mechanic, etc.).
The 2008 USB has been studied mainly to be used on plane surfaces (field of view: 2.8x2.1mm) or with little roughness, nevertheless it is also possible to observe and measure little three-dimensional objects.
If you want to perform more complete measurements (angles, diameters, areas, etc) we suggest to you the more advanced Video View Basic. The differences between these two software you can see in the table.

STAND MACRO CHECK

The possibility to use 2008 USB also with a low video magnification respect to the 100X actual minimum one (measurement field 2.8 x 2.1 mm) is given from the new accessory Stand Macro Check that allows a magnification of 6.5X (measurement field 41,8 x 31 mm).

This new stand is practical and quick to use, in fact it is necessary to unthread the micro camera from 2008 USB and thread it over the Stand Macro Check. So it will be possible to have a wide field for the images capture that very often will be usefull to annex to the magnified particular obtained with the 2008 USB.

The focus system is controlled from a ring of the type used on professional cameras; the lighting can be performed directly from the environment light through its transparent acrylic base or using the pen light, yet on endowment to the 2008 USB, if insufficient or if you use the aluminum base (accessory not included).
